Sat., May 2: Car Wash for Peaceful Paths
Join GRR at Coffee Culture — 2020 NW 13th St. — from
9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sat.,
May 2, to get your car washed while helping out a local charity at the same time.
GRR makes it easy for you to give back without lifting a finger, as 100 percent of funds collected will be donated to Peaceful Paths, the certified domestic abuse network that serves survivors of domestic violence in Alachua, Bradford, and Union counties.
Peaceful Paths provides a wide range of services including emergency shelter, transitional housing, crisis hotline, victim advocacy, children’s programming, education and training, counseling and support groups, community awareness and intervention, violence prevention programs and batterer’s intervention programming.
If you or someone you know has been a victim of domestic abuse, here are some things you should know:
1. You are not alone.
2. The abuse is not your fault.
3. You deserve to live in a safe environment.
4. There are resources to help.
5. Hope can happen here. Visit www.peacefulpaths.org for more information.
DON’T FORGET… Our next bout is coming up soon! Join us on Sunday, May 17, as GRR takes on the Bradentucky Bombers‘ Nuclear Bombshells. (Details TBA.) GRR…

GRR raised $240 at the car wash and added $60 of our own to donate an even $300 to Peaceful Paths. Thank you to everyone who came out to help such a worthwhile charity!
