Learn teamwork. DO DERBY!
GRR is now recruiting skaters and referees! Are you:
• Female and 21 or older? (18 to ref—guys too!)
• Willing to skate your butt off?
• Looking for the time of your life?
Join us at GRR’s Recruitment Night on Wednesday, April 29, from 8-10 p.m. at Skate Station (1311 N.W. 76th Blvd., Gainesville) to get all the dirt on becoming a part of the fastest-growing sport in the nation.
Take this opportunity to mingle with the men and women of GRR, try skating on for size and get to know the league a bit better. We’ll meet in the Birthday Party room from 8-8:30ish to talk derby, then head out to the rink for some easygoing skating. (No hitting till you get your safety gear!)
ADMISSION: $2 entry fee, $2 to skate; $3 extra to rent speed skates (not necessary, but good to try out!)
