THIS YEAR'S CHARITIES
ESOL Closet
The ESOL Closet was established in 1999 with a donation of one couch. Since that time we have helped hundreds of families by giving them what they need to begin their lives in a new home. We have helped immigrant families, unhoused families who have been placed in homes, veterans who have been given an apartment, abused women and migrants.
Gainesville Rabbit Rescue
Gainesville Rabbit Rescue’s mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and adopt out rabbits to loving homes, as well as educate current and potential rabbit owners.
Operation Catnip
Operation Catnip works to improve the lives of cats and the communities in which they live by spaying, neutering, and vaccinating free-roaming cats, preventing the births of kittens, mentoring other programs around the country and training veterinarians to save America’s community cats.
Pride Community Center of North Central Florida
The Pride Community Center of North Central Florida(PCCNCF) is a safe space for the LGBTQ+ Community in North Central Florida. Their mission is to foster and enhance the well being and visibility of transgender, bisexual, lesbian, gay, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual (LGBTQ+) persons, and to promote public understanding and affirmation of people of all gender expressions and sexual orientations, inclusive of race, ethnic background, nationality, economic stability, spirituality, age, and ability.
Southern Legal Counsel
Southern Legal Counsel, Inc. (SLC) is a Florida statewide not-for-profit public interest law firm that is committed to the ideal of equal justice for all and the attainment of basic human and civil rights.
Vetspace
Vetspace is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping homeless Veterans and their families.

Arbor House provides permanent supportive housing for single women and women with children.
Bread of the Mighty Food Bank
Bread of the Mighty Food Bank acquires, stores, and distributes food and basic essentials making it available to other non-profit programs that provide for the needy.
Equality Florida
Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.
Pace Center for Girls
Pace Center for Girls is a 6-12 education program for at-risk teenage girls that provides girls & young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling and advocacy.
